3.1.1 Name the types of mouse
3.1.2 Use the mouse pas as a means to maintain the mouse in good condition
3.2.1 Click and drag the mouse correctly
3.2.2 State the effect of click and drag

Objectives :
By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to :
i. name the types of mouse
ii. use the mouse pad correctly
iii. click and drag the mouse correctly
iv. state the effect of Click and Drag


Learning Activities:

1. Set Induction
Teacher shows slide of a nursery rhymes titled Three Blind Mice on MS PowerPoint to introduce topic on mouse.

2. Generation of Ideas
Teacher uses MS PowerPoint and MS Word slides to carry out discussion on:-
a. What do you think about the slides?
b. Why are we singing the mice song?
c. How to spell singular form of mice?
d. Which one is the mouse?

(Q&A session is to help students to generate their ideas on mouse)

3. Restructuring of Ideas
Pupils response to questions on mouse and mouse pad.
1. How do you use the mouse?
2. What is single click?
3. What is double click?
4. What is click and drag?
5. Name the types of mouse.
6. Why do we need a mouse pad?

4. Application of Ideas and Evaluation
Pupils apply their skills and knowledge by doing hands on activity in the Freewares and completing the worksheet given.


5. Evaluation
-Teacher evaluates the pupils understanding by asking them to read out their score for the Freewares activity.
-Teacher also evaluates them through activities in the MS Word worksheet.


6. Conclusion
- Teacher and pupils repeat the nursery rhymes about the Three Blind Mice.
